As a Creative Marketing Manager, you will drive the development and execution of creative campaigns that elevate Emporia’s brand, refine our social media presence, and amplify our content strategy. The Role
As a Creative Marketing Manager at Emporia, you will own the development and execution of creative content strategies that drive revenue, amplify our brand, and deepen engagement with our audience. This role is perfect for a multi-talented creative generalist who thrives in startup environments, balances big-picture vision with hands-on execution, and has a passion for combining design, storytelling, and AI-powered marketing innovation.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Engineering, to create compelling campaigns that elevate Emporia’s position as the go-to B2B market research platform.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute creative content marketing strategies designed to drive revenue and brand engagement
- Assist in the creation of visual and multimedia assets by working closely with our design partners, ensuring alignment with brand standards and campaign goals
- Execute marketing campaigns and automations, including the company newsletter, using HubSpot
- Refine and manage the social media content calendar, with a primary focus on LinkedIn
- Partner with Sales to design impactful campaigns, presentations, and client-facing collateral that support business development efforts
- Use AI tools and technologies to streamline content creation and uncover new marketing opportunities
- Maintain and elevate brand design consistency across all marketing touch points, from social media to website content
- Design and execute experiments to measure the impact of creative campaigns on audience engagement and lead generation
- Stay ahead of trends in design, marketing, and AI to continuously innovate Emporia’s creative strategies
- Collaborate with the Product team to create materials that simplify and showcase the value of Emporia’s solutions
- Represent Emporia’s brand and voice at conferences, webinars, and online events
Who You Are
- A creative generalist with experience in tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Figma (or a fast learner eager to explore new creative platforms)
- Passionate about design and storytelling, with a portfolio that showcases your ability to craft impactful content and/or campaigns
- Excited by the possibilities of AI and how it can transform marketing
- Strategic and data-driven, with experience in crafting campaigns that deliver measurable business results
- A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced, startup environment
- Based in Austin, TX, or willing to relocate within one year of employment
