What You’ll Do:
- Lead the creation and implementation of monthly visual merchandising guidelines and weekly business actions, ensuring alignment with business objectives while maintaining consistency with global seasonal themes and brand strategies.
- Partner with global visual merchandising, NA merchandising and retail communication teams to develop visual merchandising directives and cascade information to the store population.
- Coach, train and develop a team of associate managers and freelancers to effectively execute the company’s visual merchandising directives and ensure ongoing support for the business.
- Lead executive meetings to present visual merchandising guidelines and obtain approval from key stakeholders.
- Support seasonal market execution and put together summary deck of window and interior cadence.
- Manage and organize files of all products for the lifestyle and outlet channels.
You’ll Need to Have:
- Minimum 5 - 7 years Visual Merchandising experience
- Demonstrated advanced visual merchandising knowledge and understanding how visual merchandising supports the customer experience
- Proficiency in the following computer programs: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Basic photography skills
- Minimum 4-5 years of graphic design experience
- Excellent organization, communication, and follow-up skills
