As our Marketing Graphic Designer , you’ll be responsible for designing and executing high-quality visual content for social media and email marketing to occasional activations across print, OOH, and events . You’ll collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop creative concepts, experiment with new ideas, and ensure brand consistency across all assets. This role requires a blend of technical design expertise, creative vision, and a strategic mindset to drive engagement and marketing performance.
Responsibilities
- Create marketing graphic design assets including but not limited to still and motion graphics for social media, email, web, and occasionally print, OOH, and event activations.
- Develop & experiment with new creative concepts for campaigns, partnerships, and brand initiatives.
- Collaborate with the content & social and the bigger marketing team to amplify brand moments, and pitch creative ideas – while ensuring consistency across channels and alignment with marketing KPIs.
- Apply learnings and iterate on best-performing creative assets.
- Maintain and evolve the brand’s visual identity, updating internal guidelines and managing visual asset libraries.
- Own graphic design workflows and deliverables with confidence, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, managing expectations and feedback loops.
- Graphic Designer will report to the Director of Social Media, and work closely with the Content Creator, Copywriter, Production Manager, and Email Marketing stakeholders; being tapped into a bigger 360 marketing workflow.
Who You Are
- A skilled graphic designer with 4+ years of hands-on experience in graphic design for marketing pr advertising across digital platforms and print
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or equivalent design and motion tools.
- Strong understanding of composition, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, ensuring timely delivery of assets and maintaining an efficient design workflow.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, balancing multiple projects and deadlines.
- A strategic thinker who understands marketing KPIs and how creative assets contribute to campaign success.
- A problem-solver who brings creative ideas to the table and adapts to evolving trends.
- Experience in the following medium is not required but is a plus: motion graphics, animation, 3D modeling and rendering (blender, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, Maya, Houdini etc).
Portfolio Requirement
Candidates must submit a portfolio with relevant work examples showcasing technical expertise, an eye for detail, and creative storytelling . Your portfolio should demonstrate experience in luxury, jewelry, editorial, fashion, design-focused industries, or premium branding .
