Job Title: Sr. Marketing Brand & Content Specialist
Location: Santa Ana, CA
Contract: 3-6 months
Job Overview: As a Sr. Marketing Brand & Content Specialist, you will drive brand strategy and content execution to help position the company as a leader in integrated health solutions. You'll work cross-functionally with product managers and digital/marketing teams to develop compelling content, enhance brand visibility, and engage customers across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Strategy & Development:
- Strengthen and elevate brand identity, messaging, and recognition in line with corporate guidelines.
- Collaborate with product managers to create and maintain product-specific branding and content.
- Ensure all marketing materials align with brand messaging and identity.
- Content Creation & Development:
- Develop impactful content including press releases, email campaigns, sales tools, landing pages, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate with designers, agencies, and internal teams to produce marketing collateral.
- Oversee creation of new visual assets (photos and videos) for product launches.
- Process Management:
- Manage content timelines, review processes, and work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline approval workflows.
- Support the execution of go-to-market strategies for new product launches.
- Event & Omnichannel Content Execution:
- Lead content design and execution for major events like the National Sales Meeting.
- Collaborate with Digital and Sales teams to drive customer engagement and sales leads through compelling storytelling.
Qualifications:- Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field (Master's/MBA preferred).
- 5+ years in the medical device industry or relevant experience.
- 3+ years in marketing, with a focus on branding and media in medical devices preferred.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs.
- Proficiency in digital tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with design/layout tools is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a passion for improving patient outcomes and driving marketing impact.
