Job Title: Sr. Marketing Brand & Content Specialist
Location: Santa Ana, CA
Contract: 3-6 months

Job Overview: As a Sr. Marketing Brand & Content Specialist, you will drive brand strategy and content execution to help position the company as a leader in integrated health solutions. You'll work cross-functionally with product managers and digital/marketing teams to develop compelling content, enhance brand visibility, and engage customers across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Brand Strategy & Development:
  • Strengthen and elevate brand identity, messaging, and recognition in line with corporate guidelines.
  • Collaborate with product managers to create and maintain product-specific branding and content.
  • Ensure all marketing materials align with brand messaging and identity.
  • Content Creation & Development:
  • Develop impactful content including press releases, email campaigns, sales tools, landing pages, and promotional materials.
  • Coordinate with designers, agencies, and internal teams to produce marketing collateral.
  • Oversee creation of new visual assets (photos and videos) for product launches.
  • Process Management:
  • Manage content timelines, review processes, and work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline approval workflows.
  • Support the execution of go-to-market strategies for new product launches.
  • Event & Omnichannel Content Execution:
  • Lead content design and execution for major events like the National Sales Meeting.
  • Collaborate with Digital and Sales teams to drive customer engagement and sales leads through compelling storytelling.
    Qualifications:
    • Education/Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field (Master's/MBA preferred).
    • 5+ years in the medical device industry or relevant experience.
    • 3+ years in marketing, with a focus on branding and media in medical devices preferred.
  • Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs.
  • Proficiency in digital tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with design/layout tools is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for improving patient outcomes and driving marketing impact.
