Job title & Role Description:

TV Studio Sales & Marketing Manager is a part-time hybrid non-exempt position working 10 hours/week in Palo Alto, CA, with some work-from-home flexibility. The TV Studio Sales & Marketing Manager reports directly to the Executive Director. The pay range is $28 - $33/hr. (pending on qualification and experience) + 5% commission from the net sale and given after the event happened and at the end of the month of the event.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage personal sales quotas
  • Refine TV Studio marketing strategies
  • Acquire new TV Clients & Manage current relationships
  • Assess client's needs and prepare targeting marketing campaigns
  • Conduct Sale Calls & Schedule Showings 
  • Book Professional Shoots, Private Events & Studio Rentals
  • Negotiate contracts and Process requests for professional services
  • Strengthen & expand current professional services/offerings
  • Ensuring delivery of services and contract fulfillment on both the organization's and customer's side
  • Prepare quarterly reports of studio usage utilizing Salesforce tracking software
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a professional TV studio Sales & Marketing Space
  • Knowledge of TV Studio gear is preferable 
  • Some knowledge of broadcast systems is preferable
  • Knowledge of / or Interest to learn the QuickBooks billing system
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and MS Excel
  • Ability to develop contracts and proposals
  • A self-starter with the ability to exercise sound judgment
  • Excellent communication skill
  • Interest/Passion for the Film/TV industry and Technology 
  • Must live in the Bay Area
