Job title & Role Description: The TV Studio Sales & Marketing Manager is a part-time hybrid non-exempt position working 10 hours/week in Palo Alto, CA, with some work-from-home flexibility. The TV Studio Sales & Marketing Manager reports directly to the Executive Director and must have experience in B2B sales and an existing potential clientele list. The pay range is $28 - $33/hr. (pending on qualification and experience) + 5% commission from the net sale, given after the event and at the end of the month of the event. Duties and Responsibilities: Manage personal sales quotas, currently at $65,000/year Conduct B2B sales, Cold Calls & Schedule Showings Book Professional Shoots, Private Events & Studio Rentals Manage current clients list Prepare quarterly reports of studio usage utilizing Salesforce tracking software Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in a related field Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales Must have TV Studio Sales experience Knowledge of TV Studio gear is preferable Knowledge of / or Interest to learn the QuickBooks billing system Knowledge of Salesforce and MS Excel Ability to develop contracts and proposals A self-starter with the ability to exercise sound judgment Interest/Passion for the Film/TV industry and Technology Must live in the Bay Area Note:
