Visual Designer, Senior

Your Role The Creative Studio team is looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer, Senior to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visual assets using existing templates and designs for a variety of projects including member communications, provider communications, marketing materials, and more. Your ability to translate concepts into compelling visuals will be instrumental in driving brand awareness and customer engagement. The Graphic Designer, Senior, will report to the Senior Manager, Creative Management. Your Knowledge and Experience Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Requires at least 5 years of prior relevant experience working as a designer within a brand creative team Requires strong proficiency with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite and Figma) Requires advanced knowledge of production best practices for print and digital Requires experience with illustration skills Demonstrated design production skills showcased through a portfolio Healthcare experience a plus
