Technical Certification Bonus: Synectics is pleased to award its employees a bonus of up to $500 for an approved professional certification. In determining the bonus amount, Synectics will consider the cost of the test(s) for any certification relating to your current position, achieved during your employment with us. Only one Certification Bonus per calendar year may be awarded per employee. Only current, active employees will be eligible to receive this bonus. It will be awarded 90 days after the Synectics office has received documentation confirming the successful completion of the certification.

- The Technical Content Strategist plays a pivotal role in shaping how global technology ecosystem communicates feature releases, system updates, and deployment strategies at scale.
- More than just a documentation expert, you will drive content governance, process automation, and global scalability, ensuring that internal and external stakeholders receive clear, actionable, and localized technical information that accelerates deployment and enhances user experience.
- Technical Documentation & Release Notes Strategy
- Develop and standardize a global framework for technical release notes that ensures clarity, consistency, and scalability across diverse technical and business audiences.
- Structure internal feature documentation to cater to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, making complex systems accessible.
- Design and manage templates, structured documentation formats, and knowledge-sharing frameworks to enhance usability.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to distill technical details into concise, market-ready documentation.
- Global Scalability & Market Readiness
- Establish a content governance model that scales across markets, franchises, and regions while maintaining consistency.
- Work closely with deployment teams and regional leads to adapt documentation for localized needs, regulatory compliance, and cultural considerations.
- Develop a translation-friendly documentation approach, ensuring seamless adaptability for a global audience.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with engineering, product management, DevOps, deployment, and marketing teams to align on messaging, terminology, and content priorities.
- Facilitate real-time knowledge-sharing processes so that stakeholders always have access to up-to-date, accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with UX teams to integrate documentation into product workflows, improving accessibility and discoverability.
- Process Automation & Content Management
- Identify and implement automation solutions for generating and updating technical release documentation to improve efficiency.
- Own and optimize content repositories (Confluence, GitHub, SharePoint, or internal CMS platforms) to improve content usability and version control.
- Establish versioning and tracking mechanisms to ensure seamless documentation updates across product release cycles.
- Metrics & Continuous Improvement
- Define KPIs for content effectiveness, tracking engagement, usage, and adoption across global markets.
- Gather feedback from market stakeholders and deployment teams to continuously refine content strategy.
- Stay ahead of industry best practices in technical documentation, release notes, and knowledge management.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technical writing, content strategy, or product documentation, preferably in a global enterprise.
- Expertise in technical release notes, feature documentation, and deployment communications.
- Knowledge of API documentation, system architecture, and enterprise release management.
- Strong ability to translate complex engineering concepts into clear, consumable content for diverse audiences.
- This role requires a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between engineering, product, deployment, and market teams by crafting structured, scalable, and user-friendly technical content that ensures smooth adoption and implementation.
