As a UX Designer, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing the website. You'll work on creating user-centric designs that improve the ordering process, account management, and overall experience for B2B customers. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on a platform used by businesses worldwide. Key Responsibilities Improve Platform Usability: Design and optimize workflows for tasks like ordering products, managing accounts, and tracking deliveries on our platform. Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with product managers, developers, and customer success teams to ensure the platform meets business and user needs. Create User-Centered Designs: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with customer pain points and business goals. Maintain Consistency: Contribute to the design system and style guide to ensure a cohesive experience across our platform. Measure and Iterate: Analyze user feedback and platform analytics to identify opportunities for improvement and iterate on designs. Solve Complex Problems: Address challenges related to order complexity, large catalogues, and multi-account management in a scalable, user-friendly way. Qualifications Experience:

2-4 years of UX design experience, with a preference for candidates who have worked on e-commerce or B2B platforms. Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Ability to work in an agile environment. Technical Skills Proficiency with design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. Familiarity with responsive design principles and accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG). Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and experience working with developers. Portfolio:

A portfolio showcasing UX design work, including problem-solving approaches and impact on users and business goals. Soft Skills Strong communication skills to present designs and research findings effectively. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
