About the Role Jones Law Firm is seeking a

strategic and execution-driven Marketing Manager

to oversee

marketing agencies, freelancers, and campaigns , ensuring alignment across multiple marketing channels. This role will lead

project execution, marketing technology optimization, campaign performance tracking, and brand consistency

while driving

lead generation and client engagement . The ideal candidate is

highly organized, data-driven, and proactive , with experience in

digital and traditional marketing, agency management, and marketing operations . If you thrive in a

Agency & Freelancer Oversight

Manage and coordinate

multiple marketing agencies and freelancers , ensuring their work aligns with business objectives. Current Agencies & Freelancers: Paid Search & Social Agency

– Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn. SEO Agency

– Content strategy, backlinking, and technical SEO. Social Media Specialist

– Organic content creation & engagement. Freelance Web Developer

– Website updates, landing pages, performance optimization. Freelance Graphic Designers

– Branding, creative assets, ad designs. Hold agencies accountable for

KPIs, performance reporting, and meeting deadlines . Act as the

primary liaison , ensuring seamless execution,

alignment with firm branding , and

effective lead generation strategies .

Campaign Strategy & Execution

Develop and execute

multi-channel marketing campaigns , integrating

SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and traditional channels (events, sponsorships, PR, radio, and TV ads) . Optimize

paid search, landing pages, and lead nurturing workflows

to improve conversion rates. Work with

internal teams and agencies

to create

high-converting ad creatives, blog content, case studies, and marketing collateral . Run

A/B tests

on ads, landing pages, and email campaigns to enhance performance.

Performance Tracking & Lead Management

Manage

Lead Docket (CRM)

to track

marketing-generated leads, pipeline status, and conversion rates . Maintain

real-time dashboards

to monitor

campaign performance, ad spend, website traffic, and lead quality . Analyze

Google Analytics, Lead Docket, and CallRail

data to measure

marketing effectiveness . Optimize the

marketing-to-sales handoff process , ensuring

100% lead tracking and follow-up .

Website & SEO Strategy

Work with the

SEO agency and freelance web developer

to improve

organic traffic, content strategy, and site performance . Oversee

website updates, technical SEO fixes, and new page development

to support

lead generation . Ensure

conversion tracking and user experience (UX) improvements

are implemented.

Event Planning & Sponsorship Activation

Coordinate

firm-hosted events, sponsorships, and community partnerships

to

increase brand visibility . Develop

pre-event and post-event marketing strategies

to maximize

attendance and engagement . Track

event ROI , including

lead generation and conversion impact .

Marketing Technology & Automation

Manage and optimize

Lead Docket (CRM), CallRail, and marketing automation tools . Implement

automated workflows

for

lead nurturing, intake follow-ups, and email marketing sequences . Ensure

seamless integration between marketing platforms and sales processes . Stay at the forefront of

AI-driven marketing solutions , integrating

emerging technologies

to enhance efficiency and innovation.

Project Management & Process Optimization

Use

Asana

to manage

marketing projects , ensuring campaigns stay on schedule and within budget. Streamline

marketing processes

by developing

Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

for campaign execution. Identify

inefficiencies and automation opportunities

to improve

productivity and reduce manual tasks .

Qualifications & Experience

5+ years

of experience in

marketing management, operations, or digital marketing . Strong knowledge of

digital marketing channels

(SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, content marketing, radio, and TV ads). Experience managing

multiple agencies and freelancers

to drive

marketing outcomes . Proficiency with

Lead Docket (CRM), Google Analytics, CallRail, Asana, and marketing automation tools . Ability to analyze

marketing data and campaign performance metrics

to

optimize results . Strong

project management skills , ensuring campaigns and events are

executed effectively . Experience working in

fast-paced environments

with

multiple stakeholders and priorities . High level of comfort with AI-driven marketing technologies

and a

curious, growth-oriented mindset . Self-starter

with a

collaborative and proactive approach
