Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Community Manager located in Claremore, OK. The Community Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of assigned apartment community, managing tenant relationships, organizing community events, and handling tenant inquiries and concerns.

Qualifications

1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
2. Experience in property management or customer service
3. Ability to organize and coordinate community events
4. Knowledge of leasing and rental agreements
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software
6. Excellent problem-solving skills
