Employer Industry: Technology Solutions Why consider this job opportunity: Salary up to $60/hr Comprehensive medical benefits and a 401(k) retirement plan Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization Work remotely from anywhere in the U.S. Collaborative environment with a focus on innovative XR experiences Chance to contribute to cutting-edge projects in augmented and virtual reality What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Create tools to streamline rigging workflows and improve efficiency Develop well-architected and scalable rigging systems for XR experiences Maintain and contribute to existing workflows and tools Collaborate with art and engineering teams to define and develop content in modern real-time environments Manage the pipeline from artists and designers through to deployment What is Required (Qualifications): Minimum of 6 years of experience rigging characters in Maya Experience creating procedural rigging systems Proven ability to collaborate on multi-disciplinary teams Strong communication skills across team members, including engineers and artists U.S. Citizenship, Green Card Holder, or authorized to work in the U.S. How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Extensive content development experience, including shipped AAA games and/or film Experience in virtual reality Knowledge of emerging technologies Familiarity with face tracking from video or similar technologies Experience with high-fidelity digital humans We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
