What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Create tools to streamline rigging workflows and improve efficiency
  2. Develop well-architected and scalable rigging systems for XR experiences
  3. Maintain and contribute to existing workflows and tools
  4. Collaborate with art and engineering teams to define and develop content in modern real-time environments
  5. Manage the pipeline from artists and designers through to deployment

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. Minimum of 6 years of experience rigging characters in Maya
  2. Experience creating procedural rigging systems
  3. Proven ability to collaborate on multi-disciplinary teams
  4. Strong communication skills across team members, including engineers and artists
  5. U.S. Citizenship, Green Card Holder, or authorized to work in the U.S.

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  1. Extensive content development experience, including shipped AAA games and/or film
  2. Experience in virtual reality
  3. Knowledge of emerging technologies
  4. Familiarity with face tracking from video or similar technologies
  5. Experience with high-fidelity digital humans
