Job Title: Packaging Designer

Location: San Francisco, CA - Hybrid schedule

Duration: 6 month contract, 35-40 hours/weekly

Pay Rate: $50.00-$60.00

In this role, you’ll focus on secondary packaging and print design, with occasional overlay graphics on primary packaging (no 3D rendering required). While you should have some knowledge of die-lines, you won’t be responsible for creating them.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in packaging and print design for industries like beauty, fashion, CPG, and food. You’ll work on a mix of creative graphics, regulatory updates, and design refreshes—bringing brands to life through impactful packaging.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design secondary packaging and oversee all print design aspects
2. Apply overlay graphics to primary packaging (no 3D rendering)
3. Work within die-line structures (but not create them)
4. Develop fun, engaging, and regulatory-compliant graphics
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure packaging aligns with brand standards
6. Utilize Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma
