Job Description
We are seeking a talented Senior UX Designer to join the Trove team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user-centered design processes and be passionate about creating intuitive, engaging, and effective digital experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to translate business needs and user insights into functional and visually appealing designs.

Job Responsibilities

1. Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points.
2. Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user flows to visualize and test ideas and solutions.
3. Work closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to ensure user-friendly and cohesive experiences across all platforms.
4. Design user interfaces that are both aesthetically pleasing and highly functional, following design principles and best practices.
5. Gather feedback from users, stakeholders, and team members, iterating on designs to improve usability and satisfaction.
6. Define and organize content structures and navigation flows to optimize user experience.
7. Contribute to and maintain design systems and UI pattern libraries to ensure product consistency.
8. Plan and facilitate user testing sessions to validate design concepts and gather actionable insights.
9. Stay current with UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve the design process.
