Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Producer Compensation Analyst:

  • Manage all aspects of producer records, including creation, updates to demographic information, payment methods, and reporting
  • Maintain broker to customer or member relationships and commission records to facilitate commission calculation and payment processes
  • Assist with the reconciliation of monthly commission calculations and payments for accuracy
  • Research and resolve all producer compensation-related inquiries
  • Collaborate with producer credentialing, contracting, and compensation teams, as well as our external broker community and business partners

Required Skills for Producer Compensation Analyst:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in Accounting preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Experience working with brokers and commissions
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
