Our client, a well-known retail apparel company, is looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to join their team for a remote 6-month contract. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of UX/UI design experience in e-commerce, loyalty, or related fields.
Responsibilities:
Lead UX/UI design for multiple projects, optimizing usability and adoption. Drive research, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity design, ensuring seamless user experiences. Create consistent, effective designs across platforms and breakpoints. Advocate for user testing and collaborate on research agendas. Facilitate design sprints and workshops to align teams. Balance feasibility, impact, and budget in design solutions. Provide and receive feedback to enhance team output. Requirements:
7-9 years
of UX/UI experience with a strong portfolio. 3+ years
in e-commerce, loyalty, finance, or related fields. Expertise in responsive design and/or native mobile apps. Strong skills in interaction and visual design, leveraging design systems. Experience with user research and usability testing. Bonus:
Experience in rewards, loyalty, or subscription programs.
