Location: Miami, FL

Timeframe: Temporary Full-Time for 4 months

Breakdown: Project Management (70%) / Design (30%)


About the Role:

Dolce & Gabbana, a global leader in luxury fashion and beauty, is seeking a Visual Merchandising Specialist for a 4-month maternity leave coverage within its Beauty Division. Based in Miami, this role supports the Visual Merchandising Americas team, ensuring brand consistency and excellence across the Americas market.


Key Responsibilities:

Visual Merchandising Execution & Strategy

· Implement and adapt regional Visual Merchandising strategies in alignment with global brand guidelines.

· Ensure accurate and timely execution of Visual Merchandising directives across retail, wholesale, and travel retail locations (e.g., Macy’s, Dillard’s, Sephora, Ulta).

· Develop and update planogram guidelines and Visual Merchandising books for permanent and temporary visibility locations.

· Lead the end-to-end execution of permanent visibility projects


Design & Creative

· Support seasonal adaptations, special Visual Merchandising projects, corporate events, pop-ups, and store openings.

· Ensure visually cohesive omnichannel consumer experiences across all touchpoints.


Project & Stakeholder Management

· Manage project schedules, budgets, and timelines from ideation through installation.

· Oversee and monitor Visual Merchandising KPIs, identifying improvement opportunities.

· Collaborate with internal teams (global marketing, go-to-market) and external partners to ensure flawless implementation.

· Travel (up to 30%) to support on-site installations and store visits, compiling feedback and performance reports.


Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Architecture, Industrial Design, or a related field.

· Minimum 3 years of experience in Store Design and/or Visual Merchandising, preferably in the luxury or beauty industry.

· Strong understanding of Visual Merchandising principles with a refined eye for luxury aesthetics.

· Experience in project management and retail design across diverse markets.

· Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.

· Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

· Spanish proficiency is a plus.

· Must be based in Miami and available full-time.
