We're currently seeking a Marketing and Transactional Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring together expertise in real estate transaction management, graphic design, and effective execution of marketing strategies. They should demonstrate exceptional customer service, project management expertise, have a flair for digital marketing innovation, and pay meticulous attention to detail. Though the position involves managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, there will be ample opportunities to exhibit creative freedoms and take on new projects.
Responsibilities:
Your role will involve providing transaction management, graphic design, and marketing support to a specific high level brokerage team, by:
- Overseeing the entire transaction process from Letter of Intent (LOI) to Closing
- Proactively engaging with clients and internal teams, ensuring timely updates on transaction progress
- Collaborate with the additional marketing team members to create and execute marketing plans
- Develop custom packages, BOVs, OMs, tour books, emails, mailers, and additional marketing efforts
- Leverage templates to customize marketing materials to fit the needs of local sales professionals
- Submit transaction announcement content for distribution/posting for social media and PR
- Manage, create, and send marketing emails through the company’s CRM
- Act as a support for the LevRose team with general support requests
Qualifications:
Ideal candidates should have at least a bachelor’s degree and hands-on experience in Marketing Operations, Graphic Design, Transaction experience, though relevant work experience will also be considered. Proficiency in software such as Adobe CC Suite and Microsoft Office Suite is mandatory. Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce, along with marketing automation tools and database programs like HubSpot, or similar alternatives, will give you an edge. A strong ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting, outstanding verbal and written communication skills, impressive presentation skills, and a demonstrated potential for leadership are also essential for success in this position.

Candidates should exhibit a proactive approach along with the ability to work in a team environment individually and collaboratively. The capacity to cultivate and sustain strong business relationships is crucial. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to maintaining sensitive and confidential information are paramount.
