Ezee Fiber is seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to oversee and expand our online presence across multiple platforms. This role is responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, creating engaging content, managing community interactions, analyzing performance metrics, and driving brand awareness and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop & Execute Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Content Creation & Management: Produce, curate, and schedule high-quality content (text, images, videos, etc.) for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, Reddit, Yelp, Nextdoor, and YouTube.
  • Community Engagement: Monitor and help with responding to comments, messages, and brand mentions to foster engagement and customer satisfaction.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze key performance metrics, optimize content based on insights, and provide regular reports on social media growth and campaign performance.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and creative teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with business objectives.
  • Influencer & Partner Collaborations: Identify and manage relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and content creators to amplify reach.
  • Crisis Management: Handle potential PR crises or negative feedback by implementing appropriate response strategies.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 3+ years in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Expertise in Platforms: Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and emerging social platforms.
  • Content Creation Skills: Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite), video editing, and social media scheduling tools (Sprout Social).
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to analyze metrics and adjust strategies for better engagement and conversions.
  • Strong Communication: Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Creativity & Trend Awareness: Passion for digital trends, memes, and viral content strategies.
  • Collaboration & Adaptability: Team player who can adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in paid social media advertising.
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
  • Familiar with influencer marketing and brand partnerships.
