Our financial services client is seeking a
UX Research
to support their
Credit Risk team . This role is ideal for a
highly organized, proactive researcher
who is comfortable with both
qualitative and quantitative research
and has a keen interest in
scaling research operations .
This contract position runs from
April through December
and requires a hybrid presence in
Plano, TX . The selected researcher(s) will assist with
customer satisfaction measurement, research operations, and usability testing
while supporting a sole researcher managing a high volume of strategic work.
Responsibilities
Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) Score Management: Administer and deploy surveys across five product lines Analyze and report on survey response metrics Optimize and refine survey dissemination methods
UX Research & Operations Support: Assist with the research intake process Support participant recruitment Conduct 3-5 usability tests Contribute to research repository management
Ideal Candidate Profile: Highly organized & proactive, able to work autonomously Experience with both qualitative & quantitative research Some familiarity with data analysis is preferred Strong interest in credit risk and complex financial domains Comfortable in a supporting role, scaling research efforts Open to candidates from any industry background
Additional Details: Hybrid role in Plano, TX Contract through December (due to hiring constraints) Candidates with research strategy experience are strongly preferred
Requirements
5+ years of professional experience: UX Research:
Strong background in
both qualitative and quantitative
research methods. Survey Administration & Analysis:
Experience deploying, managing, and analyzing
customer satisfaction (CSAT) surveys
or similar research tools. Research Operations Support:
Ability to assist with
participant recruitment, research intake, and usability testing . Data Interpretation & Reporting:
Ability to analyze research data and
present insights effectively . Highly Organized & Proactive:
Comfortable managing multiple research initiatives in a
structured and detail-oriented
manner. Collaboration & Communication:
Strong interpersonal skills to support
cross-functional teams
and work effectively with
senior stakeholders .
