Sales Account Director at Retail Media Ad Tech

$130K – $150K + 100% commission + equity

ROLE

• Ability to work out of 5 US office locations: NY / Chicago / LA / Seattle / San Francisco
• This is a strategic IC sales role working directly with existing enterprise clients to hunt new revenue
• Work directly with the CRO to drive forward commercial strategy
• Great base salary + 100% commission + equity
• Commission guarantee when joining
• Top reps earning $800K
• Flexible working environment (3 days in office)

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Strategic Sales background
• Selling advertising technology to retailers / e-commerce
