Role Overview: My client is looking for an ambitious and results-driven Sales Director to lead their mid-west sales in Chicago. You will play a pivotal role in driving demand and building a high-performing commercial team. Key Responsibilities: Contribute to the North American sales strategy to accelerate demand generation and revenue growth across the mid-west and broader NA region. Build, nurture, and expand relationships with Hold Co., independent agencies, and direct brands to drive new business. Work closely with the executive team to implement tailored commercial strategies that align with the company’s goals. Serve as the point of contact for the business, representing the company’s values, vision, and capabilities to clients, partners, and industry stakeholders. Drive pipeline management, focusing on delivering sales results and exceeding revenue targets. Experience & Skills Required: Proven experience in selling brand advertising campaigns to agencies within AdTech or the digital advertising space. Strong and established network of contacts across the agency landscape, including key decision-makers. Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
