Our client in Phoenix, Arizona has an immediate need for a PR Manager on a direct hire basis.

The PR Manager will be responsible for managing public relations and marketing initiatives, with a focus on reputation management, corporate communications, and brand awareness for investment offerings.

  1. Develop and implement PR strategies to enhance reputation, focusing on thought leadership, industry recognition, and positive media coverage.
  2. Build and sustain strong relationships with media outlets for consistent, positive coverage.
  3. Write articles and thought leadership pieces for industry publications to promote expertise, mission, and values.
  4. Research opportunities for brand awareness, including potential media outlets and strategic partnerships.
  5. Monitor media coverage and public sentiment, proactively addressing reputational risks or negative press.
  6. Lead the creation of press releases, company announcements, and internal communications for stakeholders.
  7. Develop and execute strategies to raise brand awareness, attract investment interest, and reinforce market leadership.
  8. Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including presentations, investor updates, and digital content.
  9. Collaborate with senior leadership to shape the external communications voice and messaging.
  10. Conduct research to identify new opportunities for brand awareness and PR outreach, focusing on emerging trends in real estate, investment, and multifamily housing.
  11. Evaluate the effectiveness of PR campaigns using metrics such as media coverage, audience engagement, and brand perception, adjusting strategies as needed.
  12. Organize and assist with events or webinars to promote brand visibility.
  13. Provide recommendations on strategic media placements, partnerships, and collaborations to elevate visibility.
  14. Perform additional duties as assigned.
  15. Drive continuous improvement through enhanced standardization of processes and practices.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
  2. 3-5 years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, and marketing, preferably in the real estate or investment industry.
  3. Proven experience in reputation management, media relations, and corporate communications.
  4. Strong background in creating and executing marketing campaigns across traditional and digital media.
  5. Experience with social media management, content creation, and online advertising strategies.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about brand promotion.
  8. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends for events as needed.
  9. Experience in multifamily real estate or financial industry marketing is a plus but not required.
