The Primrose School of South Meridian Director of Admissions & Marketing Coordinator takes leadership in admissions, enrollment, and reenrollment, and in marketing and communications to increase awareness of Primrose School of South in the community. Experience in the Early Childhood Education Field is a MUST! We believe who YOU are is as important as what you know. Primrose School of South Meridian serves children 6 weeks to the age of 5. Responsibilities:

Collaborate with School Directors to ensure fiscally sound enrollment objectives, developing and implementing strategies for admissions, classroom placement, and retention. Tour prospective parents of the school. Set and complete parent orientations. Manage child files, audits, parent communication, and input information into the school system. Track and follow up on inquiries and admissions/re-enrollment steps, and carry out standards and procedures for admissions and withdrawals through use of database or other automated tools. Collaborate with faculty and other administrative team members to conduct open houses. Maintain observation and orientation procedures and send prospective parents applications, enrollment and tuition contracts, and family paperwork. Carry out the school’s marketing plan, collaborating with Directors, in support of the school and its targeted initiatives. Produce marketing materials, advertisements, and publications that increase the school’s public image. Manage, provide content for, and update the school’s website, collaborating with the Directors. Assist with fundraising and other development campaigns as directed by School Directors.
