East West Bank is currently seeking a Senior Relationship Manager focusing on New Media related opportunities within the Corporate Banking Group. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, establishing a clear strategy/protocol on how to grow and expand profitable new media related opportunities. This candidate must have extensive banking experience in sales, business development, credit structuring/underwriting, and portfolio/risk management responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Utilizes a high degree of creativity and independence in developing and managing a large portfolio of diverse and complex banking relationships in the New Media Group. Acts as a consultant to clients and a resource to the Bank in developing and retaining business. Demonstrates solid product and operational knowledge. Possesses excellent corporate finance knowledge depending on the diversity of the portfolio. Utilizes excellent negotiation and closing skills. Responsible for attaining established individual, department, and Bank financial goals. Coordinates the entire application process. Performs underwriting and forecasting for all loans. Promotes high quality technology loan customer service and related activities. Develops relationships with real estate professionals and other business referral sources in order to locate creditworthy prospects for loans. Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, management or a related field. Completion of a corporate or other formal credit training program is preferred. Diverse underwriting, credit structuring, and bank product knowledge. Must have a demonstrated track record to sell and build relationships with C-level executives. Demonstrate a high level of expertise in sales, networking, negotiation, business acumen, relationship building, and execution of responsibilities. Possess strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Have the flexibility to travel. Be a critical thinker, capable of developing strategy and making recommendations to management for advancement of the bank’s objectives. 10+ years of relevant business experience in the new media, ad tech industry preferred. The base pay range for this position is USD $175,000.00 / Yr. - USD $250,000.00 / Yr. Exact offers will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
