We are hiring a VP of Marketing with Digital Growth experience to join our team! What you'll do: The Vice President of Marketing at Flex Moving & Storage will lead the marketing strategy and execution to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention in the B2C market. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in developing and implementing effective marketing campaigns, leveraging digital channels, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing Leadership:
Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with company goals and drives B2C/B2B growth. Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform marketing initiatives. Brand Development:
Lead efforts to enhance the Flex Moving & Storage brand, ensuring consistency across all channels and touchpoints. Create and manage brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity. Digital Marketing Management:
Oversee the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing. Utilize data analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize performance. Customer Acquisition and Retention:
Develop targeted marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and foster loyalty among existing customers. Implement customer feedback mechanisms to enhance service offerings and improve customer satisfaction. Team Leadership and Development:
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and accountability. Encourage professional development and knowledge sharing within the team. Collaboration with Sales:
Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing strategies and sales objectives. Develop lead generation initiatives and support the sales process with effective marketing collateral. Budget Management:
Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI. Monitor and report on marketing performance against budget and KPIs. Partnerships and Collaborations:
Identify and pursue strategic partnerships and sponsorship opportunities to enhance brand visibility and reach. Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing initiatives. Qualifications: 8+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in the B2C sector. Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition and retention.
