Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Team Development:

Accelerating New Business Development:

  • Identify untapped markets and opportunities.

Pipeline and Performance Management:

  • Manage the sales pipeline for consistent revenue growth.
  • Build a healthy pipeline by qualifying leads and closing deals.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build strong relationships with businesses, advertisers, and agencies.
  • Develop tailored advertising solutions for client goals.
  • Deliver exceptional service and measurable results.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work with programming, promotions, and fulfillment teams on campaigns.
  • Communicate audience insights to clients and the sales team.
  • Represent Federated Media at events and industry functions.

Sales Culture Building:

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in media sales.
