CBSSports.com is looking for a talented multimedia producer to elevate our college football podcast, Cover 3 to the next level! This role involves producing and expanding the podcast's viewership, listenership, and social media presence to our programming.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Develop seasonal programming strategies for the college football podcast on YouTube and audio platforms.
  • Create and carry out social media plans across Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Shorts, and other prioritized platforms.
  • Collaborate with CBS Sports Digital teams for podcast distribution.
  • Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for the podcasts you produce.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and report them to senior management.
  • Coordinate sales campaigns with the integrated marketing team and sales partners.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience producing audio and video content.
  • Proven track record of creating engaging social visual content, including memes and short-form videos.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of media experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of college football, including betting and roster management. (NIL, Portal, Recruiting).
  • Strong analytical skills to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working with talent and production members.
  • Ability to lead a collaborative production team and shape the show's editorial direction.
  • Experience managing tight production schedules and prioritizing responsibilities.
  • Strong communication and feedback-giving skills!
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends.

Hiring Salary Range: $65,000.00 - 70,000.00.

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
