Our client in Atlanta is hiring for a Marketing Coordinator. In this role, you'll be an integral part of our team, supporting a wide range of marketing and business development activities, from content creation and editing to project management and execution.


Responsibilities:

• Accurately update firm webpages via CMS, including service, industry, company descriptions, biographies, and other pages as needed.

• Collaborate with the Marketing & Communications Manager to create engaging content for the company's social media accounts.

• Assist with the planning and execution of client-facing webinars, including scheduling, practice runs, and sharing registrant and attendee reports.

• Uphold the company's brand standards and guidelines on all materials, in close coordination with the Marketing Department's graphic designer and Marketing & Communications Manager.

• Write and edit content related to key practice areas, industry initiatives, legal insights, client alerts, client success stories, and newsletters.

• Support the events managers with event logistics, including planning, promotional item ordering, staffing, set-up and takedown, and processing CLEs.

• Maintain and update the Marketing & Business Development team's intranet pages.

• Assist with administrative duties as assigned.

• Gather and curate content for select newsletters for internal and client-facing communications.

• Serve as backup for formatting the firm's email marketing communications and other graphics for distribution.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Marketing Coordinator role

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign

• Familiarity with CRM systems and their use in marketing strategies

• Experience using Facebook Insights to monitor and adjust marketing campaigns

• Proven track record of creating and managing successful advertisement campaigns

• Comfortable with blogging and other forms of content creation to promote brand awareness

• Understanding of budget processes within a marketing context

• Experience in campaign planning, execution, and evaluation.
