Our client is currently looking for a Demand Generation Marketing Lead based in Atlanta, Georgia. You will be leading our product growth initiatives, collaborating with various teams, and managing marketing campaigns.


Responsibilities:

• Lead the marketing team and manage its deliverables and timelines to ensure the effective execution of campaigns and product growth initiatives.

• Oversee demand generation activities to drive experience in leads and support the growth of the sales pipeline.

• Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies aimed at increasing closing rates and optimizing the sales process.

• Design and manage high-performing marketing campaigns across various channels to reach target audiences and enhance engagement.

• Use data and metrics to track and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.

• Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the marketing team.

• Act as a liaison between the marketing team and other departments, ensuring alignment and collaboration on cross-functional initiatives.

• Prepare and present regular reports on marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

• Stay updated about industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities to innovate and improve marketing strategies.

• Define brand guidelines and standards to maintain a consistent brand image and voice throughout the organization's materials and campaigns.

• Proven experience in the financial industry

  • MUST HAVE PEOPLE MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE

• Demonstrated expertise in leading growth marketing initiatives

• Proficiency in using Content Management System (CMS)

• Experience in utilizing CRM for customer relationship management

• Skillful in interpreting Facebook Insights to strategize marketing campaigns

• Proficient in using Google AdWords for advertising purposes

• Experience in leveraging Google Analytics for website traffic analysis

• Proven track record in conducting AB Testing for optimizing marketing strategies

• Ability to create and manage effective advertisement campaigns

• Proficiency in using Analytics to derive actionable insights

• Experience in blogging to enhance brand visibility and engagement

• Demonstrated ability to increase brand awareness through innovative marketing strategies
