Base pay range $67.00/hr - $74.00/hr Responsibilities Kforce has a client that is seeking a UX Researcher in Chicago, IL. The UX Researcher will be a leader on the UX (user experience) team and will be integral to products, advocating for both users and the user experience research process from discovery through design delivery. In this role, you will define strategy, develop and execute research plans, apply appropriate methodologies, and report findings that elevate and translate user insights into actionable recommendations. Responsibilities include: Facilitate, direct & solicit feedback during design reviews Develop data collection efforts and oversee data analysis and synthesis using industry standard techniques Design and implement research studies, including developing methodologies and data collection instruments Lead, plan and execute field visits to shadow users in ethnographic studies Develop, prepare and deliver research reports, presentations, and other research deliverables Analyze research findings across products and provide actionable insights to stakeholders; maintain & advocate for research repository Strategize and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research findings into decision-making processes Lead and plan workshops using established workshop frameworks Mentor researchers and provide guidance on research best practices Actively contribute to team culture and research operations Requirements Top 3 skill sets required for this role: Strategy: Translating business and user goals into product and user experience direction Execution: UX/UI/interaction design skills and operation of Figma (design systems, prototyping) Soft skills: Ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with team and stakeholders Nice To Have
