Job Title - Marketing Specialist IV
Duration -5 Months
Location - San Jose, CA 95119 (Hybrid)
Note:
This will be a 5-month temporary assignment. This individual will be expected to be onsite 3 days a week, and 2 days WFH - Mon, Wed, Thrus. This role will be a standard 40-hour workweek, with no overtime. Duties: Manage website projects, interface with stakeholders and coordinated with various cross functional teams to implement Intake and vetting requests, scheduling and resourcing projects Set up and tun weekly team project status meetings Control quality of deliverables, following checks and balances systems to ensure accuracy Support the digital asset management and marketing automation systems, working cross-functionally to optimize workflows, communicate, train and socialize the utilization of these systems as part of the Marcom asset development / consumption lifecycle. Manage 3rd party paid campaigns, interface with stakeholders and coordinated with various cross functional teams to implement Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects, deliverables and deadlines simultaneously Good understanding of marketing, value propositions, branding and marketing communications strategies and tactics Expert knowledge of project management practices and techniques Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills Microsoft Office proficiency Adobe AEM and Asana experience a plus Education: BS/BA Marketing, Advertising or equivalent
