Job Title: Marketing Associate

Employment Type: 5-month contract - M-F
LHH is looking for a Marketing Associate to join our client’s team in San Jose, CA. This role involves overseeing marketing projects, ensuring smooth coordination across teams, and supporting digital marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented project manager with strong communication skills and a solid understanding of marketing strategies.
Responsibilities
- Lead website projects, working closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution
- Review and assess incoming project requests, managing timelines, resources, and scheduling accordingly
- Facilitate weekly team meetings to monitor project status, address roadblocks, and keep stakeholders informed
- Ensure high-quality deliverables
- Assist in managing digital asset systems and marketing automation tools
- Supervise paid marketing campaigns
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Strong ability to juggle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and manage competing priorities
- Solid understanding of marketing concepts
- Exceptional communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Adobe AEM and Asana is a plus
Pay Details: $45.00 - 55.00 per hour
The role is contract and hybrid in San Jose, CA.
