PR & Social Media Manager - Commercial Property & Events

Job Overview:

We're looking for a dynamic PR & Social Media Manager to elevate our brand, drive engagement, and promote events through innovative marketing, public relations, and digital campaigns. This role is perfect for a creative storyteller with experience in media relations, event marketing, and social media strategy.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Public Relations & Media Outreach
  • Develop and execute PR campaigns to enhance brand visibility and community engagement.
  • Build relationships with media, influencers, and key stakeholders.
  • Write and distribute press releases, media pitches, and editorial content.
  • Manage crisis communication and reputation management.
Event PR & Marketing
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns for in-house and tenant-led events.
  • Secure media coverage and partnerships to boost event exposure.
  • Collaborate with designers, videographers, and influencers for promotional content.
  • Track and analyze event marketing performance to optimize future strategies.
Social Media Management
  • Create and schedule engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Develop content calendars aligned with key events, promotions, and brand messaging.
  • Monitor trends, track analytics, and optimize campaigns for growth.
  • Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and manage online reputation.
Collaboration & Brand Partnerships
  • Work with tenants, sponsors, and local businesses to amplify marketing efforts.
  • Identify partnership opportunities to enhance brand exposure and event reach.
  • Support cross-promotional campaigns with retailers and event organizers.


Qualifications

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field.
3+ years of experience in PR, event marketing, or social media.
Strong writing, storytelling, and communication skills.
Proficiency in content creation tools, social media analytics, and scheduling platforms.
Experience in commercial real estate, retail, or hospitality is a plus.

Salary: $75,000 - $80,000 annually

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $80,000 annually. The actual base salary will be determined on an individualized basis taking into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, this position may be eligible for additional types of compensation including discretionary bonuses and other short- and long-term incentives (e.g., deferred cash, equity, etc.).
