Design and Content play an integral role in Duo’s mission to democratize security. Our Content Design, Product Design, Design Research, and Design Operations teams collaborate with engineering and product peers to create solutions that are easy, effective, and trustworthy. Your Impact

As a Content Designer at Duo, you will:

  • Participate in a product UX content strategy to maintain our position as a trusted advisor to customers.
  • Collaborate on, socialize, and maintain voice and tone guidelines for UI copy.
  • Contribute to product features with complex user flows and informative text.
  • Partner with Product Designers, Design Researchers, and Engineers to enhance design solutions, evaluate product terminology, and more.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or related degree with 5+ years of experience or equivalent.
  • Portfolio showcasing clear and compelling in-product content.
  • Experience in information architecture and design research methodologies.
  • Ability to support multiple teams and features within a product simultaneously.
  • Experience in product UI content strategy and systematic thinking.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of security technology is a plus.
  • Strong desire to collaborate with cross-discipline teams.
  • Ability to apply user-centric methodologies and research in product UI content design.
  • Expertise in interaction design and user experience.
  • Strategic thinking about content's role in design systems.
  • Ability to conduct and/or participate in formative research and critiques.
  • Proficiency in scaling content for diverse user personas.
