- Extensive hands-on experience with collaboration platforms and tools, such as Microsoft Teams, Teams Admin Center, Teams Live, Stream, Cisco Webex, Cisco Webex Control Hub, and video conferencing systems.
- Good exposure to AV installation and commissioning.
- Proficient in configuring AV devices such as microphones, audio systems, cabling, TV mounting, and setup.
- Knowledge of video conferencing device installation and setup.
- Expertise in installing, configuring, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintaining video conferencing devices (MTRs, Cisco Webex, Poly).
- Familiarity with conferencing and meeting connectivity across platforms like Zoom, Webex, and Teams.
- Experience in planning, deploying, and managing Cisco Room OS and Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) endpoints.
- Knowledge of AV systems including Crestron, Sound Control Technologies, Tricaster, Biamp, Shure, projectors (Epson, NEC), and Bright Sign players.
Responsibilities:

- Full-time, in-office presence required.
- Willingness to travel locally and regionally for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
