Pinnacle Marketing Group is looking for a Web & Multimedia Designer to work in a fun, dynamic atmosphere that encourages learning and growth. The ideal candidate is creative, customer-focused, self-motivated, and a progressive thinker with the desire to evolve their skills.

A Web & Multimedia Designer is responsible for the concept, design, and production of graphic elements offered within Pinnacle's products and services. The duties involve a variety of projects which primarily include the custom design of client websites and mobile sites, as well as video production and social media branding.

Essential Functions:

1. Conceptualize and create the design, layout, navigation, and overall user experience for websites and mobile sites
2. Create custom designs that effectively and consistently brand clients
3. Create, edit, and/or revise video content for both online and TV distribution
4. Work both independently and in a team environment
5. Must have strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
6. Assist with special projects and actively contribute to the ideation and implementation of new products and processes
7. Assist with the research of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) practices and general online marketing best practices

Software Programs:

1. Web Design: Word Press, Adobe Dreamweaver
2. Multimedia: Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, and After Effects
3. Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Educational Requirements & Experience preferred:

1. Degree or certification in Graphic Design, Web Design, or similar field
2. Proficient in Word Press, Adobe Creative Suite
3. Proficient in HTML, CSS, Javascript, jQuery, PHP is a plus
4. Experience with Adobe Premiere and After Effects
5. Strong online portfolio. Please provide link.
