Job Responsibilities

  1. Design: Create and customize ServiceNow portals and mobile interfaces.
  2. User Experience (UX): Ensure portals are user-friendly, accessible, and visually appealing. Implement best practices for UX design, including responsive design for mobile devices.
  3. Integration: Integrate ServiceNow portals with other IT systems and tools to provide a seamless user experience.
  4. Customization: Customize widgets, themes, and layouts to meet specific business requirements.
  5. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of portal designs, configurations, and customizations.
  6. Collaboration: Work closely with IT teams, stakeholders, and end-users to gather requirements and provide technical support.

Required Experience

  1. ServiceNow Expertise: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with ServiceNow, including Service Portal and Mobile App development.
  2. UX/UI Design: Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and experience designing responsive web and mobile interfaces.
  3. Integration Skills: Experience integrating ServiceNow with other IT systems and tools.
  4. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
  5. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Tools and Technologies

  1. ServiceNow Platform: Service Portal Designer, Mobile App Builder, and other ServiceNow modules.
  2. Design Tools: Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma for creating wireframes and mockups.
