Responsibilities

1. Develop engaging, on-brand creative content for various platforms including digital, print, and social media.
2. Design visually appealing presentations with illustrations, icons, and imagery to support keynotes and other presentations.
3. Create and manage video assets from concept to completion, both independently and with video production teams.
4. Collaborate with Marketing and Brand Teams to ensure consistent messaging and adherence to style guidelines.
5. Handle the full lifecycle of graphic assets, from concept to delivery, while meeting tight deadlines.
6. Continuously seek feedback and measure impact to improve the quality of our visual content.
7. Adapt to organizational changes and evolving priorities with flexibility.

Skills

1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a design environment.
2. Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
3. Strong skills in Adobe Premiere and After Effects for video production.
4. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating dynamic presentations.
5. Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
6. Strong attention to detail and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
7. Knowledge of the printing process and file preparation for print.

Preferred Skills

1. Experience with project management tools, especially Asana.
2. Proficiency in Canva for quick design solutions and team collaboration.
3. BA/BFA in Design or equivalent education.
