Mission

DoorLoop is hiring a results-driven Head of Demand Generation & Segment Marketing to lead the strategy and execution of integrated, segmented marketing campaigns that drive business growth and measurable results. This role will focus on building and executing prospect-centric marketing plans, working in close alignment with our sales teams to target key customer segments and drive pipeline and revenue.

You are experienced in targeting customer segments, optimizing lead generation processes, and aligning marketing with sales to accelerate pipeline growth and revenue. Responsibilities

  • Develop and Execute Demand Generation Strategies: Achieve agreed-upon pipeline and revenue targets through strategic demand generation campaigns. Drive a measurable increase in qualified leads, sales pipeline, and closed/won deals as a result of demand generation efforts. Develop and implement data-driven demand generation strategies to attract and engage key customer segments, driving pipeline and revenue growth. Lead multi-channel campaigns (email, paid media, webinars, content marketing, etc.) that target high-value customer segments and ensure alignment with broader marketing objectives. Collaborate with sales teams to develop and optimize lead qualification and nurturing processes.
  • Segmented Marketing and Customer Targeting: Through segmented marketing efforts, increase marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) and sales-qualified leads (SQLs) from targeted customer segments. Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to specific customer segments, ensuring messaging, content, and offers are highly relevant and resonate with each group. Use data and insights to continuously refine targeting and segmentation strategies for optimal lead conversion and pipeline growth.
  • Align with Sales Teams for Seamless Execution: Foster ongoing successful alignment and collaboration with sales teams to convert marketing-generated leads into opportunities and closed deals. Increase conversion rates from leads to opportunities and opportunities to closed deals. Partner closely with sales leadership to understand target customer profiles and ensure alignment between marketing and sales efforts. Drive joint sales and marketing initiatives to ensure a seamless experience for prospects and customers from awareness through to purchase.
  • Optimize Lead Generation and Conversion: Improve lead conversion rates across all customer segments by continuously optimizing campaigns and tactics resulting in higher conversion rates and reduced sales cycle times. Analyze the effectiveness of demand generation campaigns and continuously optimize strategies, creative, messaging, and targeting to improve lead generation and conversion rates. Ensure the marketing team delivers high-quality, sales-ready leads through effective nurturing and lead scoring.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience leading demand generation, segment marketing, and B2B marketing, preferably in the SaaS or property management space.
  • Proven track record of successfully driving pipeline growth and revenue generation through integrated, segmented marketing strategies - both inbound and outbound.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data and marketing technology to measure and optimize campaign performance.
  • Collaborative mindset with a demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and other marketing teams to execute joint initiatives.
  • Experience in lead nurturing, lead scoring, conversion optimization and account based marketing.
  • Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful execution.
  • Expertise in CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and other marketing technologies (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).
  • Strong understanding of buyer personas and ability to tailor messaging and content to various customer segments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present to and influence key stakeholders.
