Mission DoorLoop is hiring an experienced and results-driven Head of Brand & Communications. This leadership role is integral to shaping the brand's presence, driving growth through innovative marketing campaigns, and optimizing performance across a variety of communication channels. As Head of Brand & Comms, you will work closely with the leadership team to execute strategies that elevate DoorLoop’s brand awareness, market authority, and performance in the property management industry. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned marketing leader with 8+ years of experience in public relations, content marketing, social media, and creative execution in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and hands-on operator with a deep understanding of how brand communications drive growth in a B2B SaaS environment. You are a creative marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented company and enjoys collaborating across teams to deliver impactful campaigns in a player/coach capacity. With a strong background in both brand and performance marketing, you are skilled at balancing high-level strategy with tactical execution. Responsibilities Develop and Execute a Comprehensive Content and Communications Strategy : Create and execute integrated content and communications strategies across PR, thought leadership, content marketing, and social media channels. Produce timely execution of campaigns, positive feedback on strategy clarity, and achieving KPIs for brand awareness and engagement. Align marketing initiatives with business goals and brand objectives, ensuring the clear prioritization of campaigns. Oversee the creation and execution of campaigns that drive brand awareness, traffic, and conversions. Optimize Campaign Performance Across Owned and Earned Channels : Increase engagement, ad performance, and share-of-voice in media outlets. Drive the continuous optimization of marketing campaigns, focusing on creative assets, copy, and targeting to maximize results. Provide detailed post-launch performance reports using data insights to iterate and improve campaigns. Establish DoorLoop as a Market Leader and Build Brand Authority:
Working cross-functionally, deliver thought leadership assets (reports, eBooks, whitepapers, etc.) to enhance brand credibility. Lead the development of thought leadership content that positions DoorLoop as a market leader and authority in property management. Drive brand-building efforts that enhance visibility and recognition through strategic PR, speaking opportunities, and media placements. Optimize Creative Team for Maximum Performance : Increase brand awareness and improve ad campaign performance with optimized creative execution. Oversee creative production to ensure high-quality brand assets that resonate with target audiences and align with the overall marketing strategy. Optimize the marketing funnel by leveraging brand-driven efforts to boost conversions and drive measurable business outcomes. Requirements
8+ years of experience in public relations, content marketing, social media, and creative execution, with a focus on B2B SaaS or similar high-growth environments. Proven track record of developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies across owned and earned channels in a player/coach capacity. Leadership experience in building, mentoring, and managing high-performing teams, with a passion for fostering a culture of accountability and creativity. Expertise in optimizing multi-channel campaigns for improved ROI, conversion rates, and audience engagement. Strong experience in thought leadership content creation and PR strategies, including managing media relations and securing high-profile placements. Analytical mindset with experience in tracking, analyzing, and reporting on marketing campaign performance using key metrics and tools. Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate strategic vision to stakeholders at all levels.
