Ogden Publications is hiring: Media Sales Executive in Topeka

Ogden Publications Inc is a multi-media content producer with established brands that can date back more than 140 years. Our approach of integrating print, online, social and video has produced some of the largest and most engaged audiences in rural America and in the classic motorcycle space. The mix has provided a rich sales environment that has increased market share for the past three years plus.

Due to a retirement, we are seeking a passionate and consultative seller who thrives on developing tailored solutions for advertisers to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in fostering client relationships, identifying leads, and driving sales revenues to contribute significantly to the overall success of our publications, websites and ecommerce stores.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive advertising revenues by selling multi-media marketing plans directly to brands and advertising agencies.
• Develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing client base to ensure their advertising needs are met.
• Gain a deep understanding of our advertising products to provide strategic insights and solutions.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitive landscape to support client engagement and success.

Required Skills And Qualifications

• Proven track record of selling to media agencies and direct clients.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a consultative sales approach.

Salary and Benefits

Salary is base $36,500 - $52,000 + commission.
