Overview
We’re seeking an Associate Marketing Manager to join our growing Marketing team. We are looking for an innovative, experienced marketer with a track record of successfully driving marketing strategy and execution who can develop fresh ideas and test them in the market. They will be responsible for working with cross functional teams to build campaigns and marketing programs that attract and engage the customer through immersive storytelling and consistency of message. This role is fantastic for someone looking to work closely with the largest Retail Media Networks (RMNs) to highlight some of the fastest growing activewear brands in the industry.
Responsibilities:
- Support the strategy, development, and project management of all marketing initiatives, from concept through campaign hind sighting
- Manage development and execution of key marketing projects: determine deliverables, timelines, input requirements, success factors, participants
- Evolve Go to Market process, improving alignment across key functional divisions (Marketing, Design, Sales/Planning, Production, Finance)
- Develop and strengthen relationships with key internal and external partners (retail marketing teams, brand marketing teams and 3rd party support)
- Assess the performance of our advertising campaigns and events in relationship to assortment and business strategy
- Analyze market trends through a variety of KPIs to identify new opportunities and challenges. Blend competitive & market research, consumer insights & surveys, feedback from sales & planning teams, and other macro trends to evolve future strategies.
- Create hindsight process with tight feedback loop to be implemented after each major business cycle (quarterly markets, end of marketing campaigns and seasonal retailer performance)
- Aid deck development for major strategic touch points with mass retailers and other key business partners
- Developing and overseeing the timeline for lifestyle photoshoots, coordinating the collection and organization of product samples, and collaborating with cross-functional partners from initial concept development to final asset delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 2-3 years of Marketing experience preferred
- Experience working with mass retailers is a plus
- Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the abilities to present, project manage, and foster relationships with cross-functional and executive teams
- Deep understanding of retailer point of view and thoughts regarding consumer communication
- Experience working well in an environment that is fast paced, collaborative, and results oriented
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint)
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) is a plus
Annual salary range starting $75,000
The disclosed salary range is commensurate with experience and does not reflect the total compensation package. Our associates have access to other valuable benefits that our Human Resources team is happy to share with candidates during the interview process.
