1-800-Flowers.com is looking for a motivated Podcast Producer to support the Founder and CEO. As a Podcast Producer, you will be responsible for strategizing, planning, and executing the production and marketing efforts to grow the audience and awareness for the Power & Impact and Celebrate Your Story.

Responsibilities

1. Managing the production process of podcast episodes from ideation to release
2. Coordinating with hosts, guests, and other team members to ensure timely delivery of content
3. Scriptwriting, editing, and reviewing podcast scripts to ensure quality and consistency in messaging
4. Recording and editing audio and video files for podcast episodes
5. Designing and creating show notes, social media posts (Instagram and LinkedIn), and other promotional materials to accompany podcast episodes
6. Developing and managing podcast marketing strategies to increase audience engagement and growth
7. Collaborating with other departments or external partners to create engaging and relevant content for the podcast
8. Staying up to date on industry trends and changes in podcast technology to ensure the podcast remains competitive and innovative
9. Managing budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure smooth production and delivery of podcast episodes
10. Monitoring and analyzing podcast performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth
11. Assisting with AV/production events including but not limited to Town Halls, Fresh University Panels, Board Meetings/In-office Events, In-Store Events, Jim’s social posts

14. Must be available to work on-site in Jericho HQ 4-5 times a week

The expected salary range for this position is $65,000-$75,000. The actual compensation will be determined by experience and other factors permitted by the law.
