Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Global Innovation Marketing Manager to join our team, reporting directly to the Global Marketing Innovation Director. In this role, you will be responsible for driving strategic growth through innovation in key market segments, specifically food and barrier packaging, with a focus on products that enhance sustainability for global customers, including brand owners. Key Responsibilities Blueprinting Market Segments:
Conduct in-depth Voice of Customer (VOC) research to fuel the innovation pipeline for key market segments.
Develop Innovation Insights:
Transfer and develop innovation needs based on market insights for assigned products and/or market areas.
Collaborative Innovation Planning:
Work closely with internal stakeholders to create a comprehensive innovation plan for your assigned area.
Project Roadmap Development:
Develop a detailed timeline for innovation projects, ensuring teams are accountable for meeting objectives and deadlines.
Commercial Adoption:
Engage with internal teams to drive the commercial adoption of new innovations, including creating business cases, value propositions, and launch packages.
Measure and Drive Growth:
Track and drive growth for completed innovation projects, utilizing the Vitality Index to measure success.
Qualifications A minimum of 7 years of experience in Business-to-Business Marketing and/or innovation, with a proven track record of turning market insights into successful innovation-based growth.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Packaging Science, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
Experience in the consumer packaged goods or food packaging industry is required.
Strong project management experience with expertise in project management tools and approaches.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
