Overview
Develop and implement comprehensive strategies that help customers realize the value of our products and services.Customer Journey Mapping:
Create and optimize customer journey maps to identify key touchpoints and opportunities for enhancing the use case based experience.Content Development:
Oversee the creation of use case materials and development of compelling narratives and content, including pitch decks, videos, customer stories, white papers, presentations, demos, ROI calculators, tutorials, guides, webinars, and videos, to support sales and customers in learning and using our products effectively.Campaign Development:
Build and execute targeted campaigns to generate demand. Set clear and measurable metrics and use ‘test and learn’ approach to improve performance.Customer Feedback:
Gather and analyze feedback from customers and sales to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven adjustments to use cases and go-to-market approach. Serve as the conduit to and voice of the customer, providing input into product ideation, design, and market activities.Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with sales, marketing, product management, customer success, and support teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated customer experience. Partner with other Smartsheet marketing teams including brand, design, content, integrated marketing, web, and marketing automation teams to develop and deploy content like presentations, videos, and web pages.Metrics and Reporting:
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to use cases, such as pipeline, bookings, sales engagement, and satisfaction, and report on these metrics to stakeholders.Continuous Improvement:
Identify and implement best practices for onboarding, staying current with industry trends and innovations to continuously enhance the customer experience.Field Enablement:
Enable sales teams to deliver the value proposition, effectively deliver messaging, and use marketing tools. Inspire sales teams to think big, and engage directly with customers to win and grow business.You have:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.10+ years of experience in product marketing, customer success, or related experience; a focus on use cases and/or customer workflows is highly desirable.Proven track record of developing and deploying successful product marketing programs, strategies, content and campaigns.Passion for storytelling with excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and experience in creating educational content.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions; demonstrated experience conducting actionable competitive analysis.Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and strong problem-solving skills.Proven track record of thriving in collaborative, fast-paced work environments.Experience leading cross-functional teams that span marketing, sales, and product management organizations.Smartsheet provides a competitive base salary range for roles that may be hired in different geographic areas we are licensed to operate our business from. Actual compensation is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, level of professional, educational experience, skills, and specific candidate location.
