Our client, a leader in the QSR space, is looking to bring on a contract Internal Creative Production Manager, starting immediately.

Role will be hybrid in Irvine, CA with a 6 month duration, with potential to extend.

About The Job

Creative Production plays an integral project management role in the Creative team improving the efficiency and productivity of the business. The ideal candidate will be a high-energy individual who is self-directed and able to easily handle multiple and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong logical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to understand laser-focused marketing strategies and business operations.

The Day-to-Day

• Serve as Creative Business Partner to Creative to execute various projects.
• Manage the creative process workflow from creative brief submission through final output and execution.
• Document, clarify, drive and optimize workflows and processes within the vertical.
• Capable of leading and tracking multiple projects via project management systems, standing up and operating effective knowledge management for Internal vertical.
• Collaborate directly with Creative Directors in order to ensure deliverables are progressing and delivering to brief.
• Interact with C-Suite executives and senior management while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Intake briefs and ensure deliverables are understood, resourced against, and prioritized with clear timelines established for accurate delivery.
• Ensuring timelines and resourcing are met.
• Provide guidance to ensure all work delivers against project objectives and deliverables.
• Support client creative reviews facilitating feedback and securing timeline approvals and identifying potential risks.
• Proactively raise questions, present solutions, and rally teams to ensure best-in-class, business-driving creative work is delivered on time.
• Collaborating across verticals as needed to optimize processes.
  
  

Is This You?

• BA or BS Degree in a related field preferred.
• Experience with work/project management tools would be a huge plus (Wrike preferred). Powerpoint proficiency would also be key.
• 5+ years of relevant creative management experience.
• Experience working with internal creative is a plus.
• Experience with QSR/CPG or franchised business is strongly desired.
• Experience with corporate meetings and events is strongly desired.
• Knowledge and understanding of print, merch and tech/AV production is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to understand business operations.
• Strong project management, communication, presentation, and interpersonal/influencing skills.
• Superb time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Experience in process management / mapping.
• Advanced experience with project management software systems.
• Advanced experience in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, etc.) and Keynote is strongly desired.
