Our client, a busy Advertising Agency, is looking for a Copywriter with broadcast and direct response experience to join their team. This will be an ongoing contract and hybrid to the Valley.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in direct response advertising, with a deep understanding of how to create persuasive messaging that resonates with target audiences. You should be skilled in writing for broadcast media, with the ability to distill complex ideas into clear, concise, and impactful language.
Responsibilities:
- Develop creative concepts and write engaging scripts for DRTV commercials.
- Collaborate with producers, directors, and other team members to ensure alignment on project vision and goals.
- Conduct research to understand market trends and audience demographics to inform copy development.
- Edit and revise copy based on feedback from clients and internal stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in direct response advertising.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a copywriter in an advertising agency setting, specifically in broadcast DRTV.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
