BECOMING OUR PART-TIME OR FULL-TIME STUDIO ASSISTANT – SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Schedule:

This part-time or full-time role works 15-20 hours a week, with a flexible schedule that includes rotating weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday).

Day-to-Day:

As our Studio Assistant - Sales Representative, you'll introduce new members to our services, educate them on the benefits of infrared saunas, guide them through the membership process, and ensure the smooth flow of our studio. Your role includes engaging with clients, answering their questions, and helping them make wellness a priority. Beyond sales, you'll be an advocate for our brand, re-engaging inactive members, staying updated on promotions, and providing top-tier customer service.

As the day moves on, you'll keep busy by preparing sauna rooms, cleaning them between clients, and ensuring that the studio remains pristine and welcoming. This isn't your typical desk job-you'll be on your feet, keeping the studio running smoothly while making genuine connections with our guests. Whether you're handling laundry, assisting with scheduling, or re-engaging inactive members, you'll always be part of the fast-paced rhythm that makes our studio a great place to work and visit!

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Understanding of confidentiality importance
• Ability to move fast with efficiency and work under pressure
• Ability to work well with others and independently
• Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks in an organized manner
• Excellent communication skills via phone, email, and in-person
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated
• Passionate about health and wellness

Preferred Qualifications:

• Mindbody software experience
• Customer service experience
